Early Retirement offers high-performance HVAC units at a reduced cost to customers with existing rooftop units that are still operational and qualify for replacement.

Here’s how it works: First, we determine if the unit is eligible. Then, we work together with you, the customer, to select a qualifying new unit that is ideal for the building size and use.

Participating in Early Retirement also creates a great opportunity to elevate the performance of your entire HVAC system by enrolling in SCE's Quality Renovation (QR), or keep the unit performing at a high level with SCE's Quality Maintenance (QM).
