Commercial HVAC Service Solutions

Maintenance Agreements

In order to address the industry's run-to-failure approach, where the system or components of the system are only attended to when there is a failure, the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) created the Standard 180 Maintenance program. The Standard 180 describes the minimum acceptable level of maintenance for commercial HVAC systems. Because it has been shown to not only improve indoor comfort, but also help to maximize energy efficiency, the Standard 180 has been endorsed by Southern California Edison (SCE). Listed below are our three most popular commercial maintenance programs, all of which meet or exceed the Standard 180 maintenance practices.

Guaranteed Lifetime Protection (GLP)

Includes all maintenance, service, repair and if need be, replacement of HVAC systems.
(Should replacement parts no longer be available)

Guaranteed Professional Maintenance (GPM)

Includes all maintenance, service, and repair of HVAC systems.
(Does not include system replacement)

Customized Professional Maintenance 2 (CPM2)

Includes testing, inspecting, cleaning, calibrating, and lubricating of HVAC systems.
(Does not include: system and component part replacement, repair labor, or emergency service labor)
