Here’s how it works: Southern California Edison's HVAC Optimization Quality Maintenance program prescribes a baseline level of HVAC system maintenance and performance. As a SCE approved contractor, Airite is required to maintain that level through regularly scheduled, comprehensive maintenance and repairs. SCE's HVAC Optimization program sets a new standard of commercial HVAC maintenance by prescribing annual cleaning, calibrating, and lubricating not commonly found in most commercial HVAC "maintenances."

The incremental cost of the enhanced maintenance is offset by an estimated 10-30% in energy savings and cash incentives from Southern California Edison.
