Guaranteed Professional Maintenance (GPM)

Includes: our CPM2 deluxe maintenance, plus service calls, after-hours emergency service, and repair of HVAC systems. With all your repairs and maintenance bundled into one predictable plan, this option provides the kind of consistent annual budget C-level executives are looking for.

Silver

Customized Professional Maintenance II (CPM2)

Includes: our basic CPM3 test-and-inspect maintenance, plus cleaning, calibrating, and lubricating of HVAC systems (repairs not included). This maintenance program is designed to help restore your units running back to factory specifications, minimize repairs, and lower your energy consumption.

Bronze

Customized Professional Maintenance III (CPM3)

Includes: testing and inspection of HVAC systems, along with quarterly filter changes. Repairs and cleaning can all be handled separately based on a technician's recommendations.
